With the exception of the photo of the box, everything else in the advert listed and described the phone as an Alcatel 1, Condition: New.i.e. "A brand-new, unused, unopened and undamaged item in original retail packaging". The phone I received was not a new Alcatel 1 C but a used Alcatel 1 and came in a box that was falling apart and had obvious been previously opened several time. As it happens an Alcatel 1 is fine for what I will use it for and it was cheap even for an Alcatel 1.
