If you happen to have the original screws from the bracket you are replacing, then great, otherwise, you need to hunt around for a screw that fits, or make do without. The dovetail clamps the rail reasonably tightly without the screw, but whether that will still be the case after a few years is anybody's guess.

I needed to re-use the screws from the brackets I was replacing, but would have been in trouble if I didn't have the screws from the original brackets. The item shipped quickly and was well packaged.
