Getting the unit to work with my Mercedes Comand system was a nightmare to be honest, because Comand, Android Auto, my Samsung phone & the Xtrons systems had to be configured, & the fitting shop I used didn't have a clue how to do it & lost interest once they'd got my money. I had to revert back to the seller who stepped in & gave detailed setup instructions not included in the manual, & after a few messages I had the unit configured. It works brilliantly & looks great. I definitely recommend!

Disappointing. Bought a unit, arrived quickly had what appears to be slight delamination in the corner of the screen, not obvious until the outer screen protector removed. Given paid install I asked for replacement before sending back but was told I would need to pay £400 deposit. I did, the replacement had exactly the same defect! I returned that, emails were not answered until paypal dispute raised. Then got deposit back. Still have unit with slight defect but have given up. Refuses call.
