We accept Paypal Only. Card payments over the phone are not permitted. We must have the customers telephone number should any problem occur during the transportation of your goods. We cannot continue with the transaction unless the customers postal address and contact telephone number are provided. If this is not possible then we will cancel the transaction and end communication.
 
All orders upto £75 will be posted out the same working day if goods are purchased before 1:00pm. The service we use will be Royalmail 48 (2nd Class Service). This service takes roughly 2-3 working days.
You have the option to pay extra and have the delivery made sooner via courier. This is charged at £9.95 and sent via DPD Local (24hr Service). This service requires a signature on delivery, if the customer is not available a card will be left for them to either collect from their local sorting office, or to have the delivery re-arranged for another time.

Deliveries are not 100% guaranteed from the advertised delivery time as these services are out of our control. (We cannot refund postal costs if an item is late). Sometimes in busy months this can take longer. If your item has not arrived after the allocated time passes please get in contact with us so we can track the items locations. If after 15 days an item has not been received, then we will raise a claim for the lose of that package & dispatch a new package in replacement

Our carriers will not leave the goods without a signature. You have to inspect the goods prior to signing for delivery, check the goods and refuse delivery if they are damaged.     Top piece of kit

    Bought the DeWalt as cheap 12 volt I had was not up to the simplest bit's of DIY .at first I was trying to justify spending that amount of cash on a drill I'd only use for household DIY but when i compared it to others on the market it was excellent value and has already done the job I bought it for with ease .will be money well spent if you buy one

    Reasonably priced product.

    The Electric brake is to coarse ,noisy and severe when releasing the trigger. The chuck spindle /bearing has play in it already. Other than that It seems good quality and the work light is brilliant.
