Please check all dimension of your bed before ordering to ensure it will fit through all doorways, halls and flights of stairs.
MATTRESSES
Please leave the protective wrapping on these items until you are sure you want to keep them, as once they have been unwrapped, for health and hygiene reasons, they cannot be returned unless they are faulty. This does not affect your legal rights.
WARRANTY
The warranty period on most products is 12 months unless stated otherwise. Any queries on warranty will be answered at the time of purchase.

As this mattress is very different from my old one I did as advised on listing and waited a while before deciding whether or not I liked it. I found the springs unbearable to lie on, no matter where I lay, either side, top / bottom or middle I felt the springs digging in. So, a mattress topper and single duvet on top, now it’s comfortable! For a budget mattress it’s good, but I think I’ll be saving for a better one. Oh, and when your courier gives a delivery day it’d be nice if they stuck to it.
