    The best basic gluten free baking book. We tried many but this has become my reliable bible for gluten free baking. Reliable for decent pastries, cakes and pies, snacks and treats. I bought this copy for a friend who has been diagnosed with a gluten intolerant gene change. It will save all the messing about we had to go through.
