Any Goods you purchase from this listing are purchased from the seller whose Goods we are storing. We use all reasonable endeavours to verify the accuracy of descriptions of Goods provided to us by the seller but may not have inspected the Goods prior to dispatch to you.
 
We do not accept liability for the condition or fitness for purpose of the Goods. We exclude liability for all warranties and conditions, express or implied, by statute or otherwise to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not accept liability for economic or consequential loss of any kind, including loss of profit whether arising from negligence or otherwise.
 
Items sold by XS Items Ltd come with a Return To Base (RTB) Warranty covering manufacturing defects only.
 
Unless otherwise stated New and New Other and Refurbished items come with a 12 month warranty.
 
Within 30 days of the original payment date we will refund the purchase price or offer a replacement, if available. After 30 days we will offer a repair. If a repair is uneconomic a replacement will be offered, if available. Should neither of these options be available at time of return we will offer a refund. Please note after 6 months the return postage cost/liability will lie with the buyer and a reasonable reduction will be made to cover the use of the item. If a return is arranged by the seller and found to be no fault found and the buyer requests a refund, a deduction for the cost of the return will be made.
 
Ex-display, Used or items sold For Parts come with a 30 day warranty that the item is as described. Please note that some used Sage items will come with a 6 month warranty, but this will be specified in the listing.
 
Any warranty provided does not cover items that are returned and found to be not faulty, nor does it cover: (a) consumable parts, such as batteries or protective coatings that are designed to diminish over time, unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship; (b) cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents and broken plastic on ports unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship; (c) damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, fire, liquid or other external cause; (d) damage caused by service (including upgrades and expansions) performed by anyone without the written permission of XS Items; (e) a Product that has been modified to alter functionality or capability without the written permission of XS Items;
 
If any of the above is discovered when the item is returned, then the warranty claim will be void and the item will be returned to you. Additionally, please note that some of our refurbished/used units may have some non-original parts and we will not accept returns for this reason.
 
Serial/IMEI numbers of any item returned to us will be checked against the original item sent to you. If the serial/IMEI numbers do not correspond the warranty claim will be void and the item will be returned to you.
 
Please note if an item is sold as brand new and sealed, but returned unsealed for a refund, then a 10% deduction will be made on the refund in line with eBay's return policy.
We recommend that the original packaging is kept for every order until the warranty period is concluded. If an item is returned without its original packaging and the item has been damaged in transit on the return due to insufficient packaging, a suitable deduction for the damage will be applied to the refund or the return claim will be void and the item returned to the customer.
 
 
Any warranty provided is non-transferable and does not apply to businesses.
 
We reserve our right to all copyright in images and text depicted in this listing. Our liability to any purchaser or any third party claiming through any purchase is limited to the sale price of the Goods purchased or, if less, £100.

Shipping

For most items under one kilo we ship via Royal Mail. Otherwise we use either 24 or 48 hour couriers. Items shipped on pallets will take between 48 and 72 hours of the item being shipped, and you will be contacted to arrange a suitable day. Courier UK shipping costs quoted are to the UK mainland only. A courier surcharge of £5/box will apply for Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Scotland, Scottish Highlands and Islands. Royal Mail charges are for across the UK. For shipping costs to any other location, please contact us before bidding for a specific quote.
 
If you require a change of address and are paying via PayPal, please add the address to your PayPal account and select the address from there before making payment. Please note we cannot change delivery addresses after payment is made.

As an online retailer, we are only allowing Collections on selected items. If an item has a shipping option then it will shipped via the method and will not be open for collections.     Excellent machine, let down only by the instruction book

    Excellent machine, let down only by the instruction book. OK, it's all obvious after 5 mins but here's a starter: 1) The water container needs water at 60 degrees (max) and detergent - not necessarily to the fill line. A sensible detergent bottle would have some form of measuring dispenser (even just a cap the right size), this one hasn't. The plastic tube in the container needs air not water, so don't worry that it's not submerged - it shouldn't be! 2) Use the little head for most cleaning, the bigger one with the water tank for mopping up spills. Pull the trigger to squirt the water/detergent mix while brushing, tilt forward slightly and don't squeeze for removing as much water as possible afterwards 3) marvel at the amount of brown liquid it brings out of a carpet that you'd already ...

    Amazing performance for the price

    I bought a refurbished model, that is brand new as far as I can see. It is a very good product, I used it today to clean the edges of a shaggy yellow rug that were nearly black. I used a drill brush to agitate the cleaner first and to be honest the rug came up nearly as good as new on the first go. I probably could go over it again to make it perfect, but no doubt will need cleaning again in a few months. I used it on stair carpet with short pile and it was amazing, every birt of dirt was gone. I also thought I would clean my car seats, even though they didn't look dirty being black, but really surprised how much cleaner they look now.

    A must for cat owners with carpets & horse owners car seats!

    This has been really good at getting out marks from our cream wool carpets. Incl. old stains that wouldn’t come out with spray cleaner and scrubbing. Leaves the carpet much drier than I thought a spot cleaner would. The car seats and door cards came up spotless. Part of me wants to just spill stuff for fun so I can use it all the time. It doesn’t leak, has good suction and is easy to fill and empty.

    Great little machine

    I bought this as I previously had a machine from a competitor which didn’t suck up anything. Well what a difference. This machine has a good size water tank and a very powerful suction. I am very impressed. I managed to do the whole of my stairs without needing to refill the water chamber. The stairs now look amazing and the dirt which came out was horrifying! I have 3 dogs and one often has accidents. This machine has been great for cleaning these up.

    Bissell spot-clean pet-pro

    A nice and easy way to clean up after your have spilled a drink or something on your carpet or in your car, it’s really easy to use and it’s not heavy so it makes it easy to carry around your house if needed. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking to buy one .
