Despite extensive research beforehand I ordered an incorrect card update for my Mercedes C200 Garmin satnav. I received SD card, inserted it in the car which recognised it immediately, contacted the seller regarding the licence key, the response was within minutes, entered the key, a word of warning the update took lnearer an hour and a half, nothing to do with the seller, all completed succesfully. Great response and excellent customer service.
