    XT 9 speed cassette

    I’ve used a variety of 9 speed cassettes from SRAM and Shimano over the years. Although XTR is marginally better for lightness and performance, they are not worth the extra cost. And SRAM, although cheaper, is not as durable. Great product!

    9 speed Shimano is nicely interchangeable

    I set up a bike with Deore shifters, and road derailleurs. Works well. Shimano interchangeability got worse starting with 10 speed technologies.
