I believe this happened during transit. On contacting the Seller about this, they responded very quickly and the situation was resolved to everyone's satisfaction. A full refund was given. I do not see this breakage as a black mark on the Seller, as again, I feel this was more to do with transport of the item. Anyway, items all as described and Primrose are a very good seller.
