They eventually got back to me. I’m guessing they were busy but they do contact you. I managed to get my full refund and now happy with this. I would delete the previous one but eBay won’t let me.

I contacted this seller on Monday, 2 days ago to complain that the bag I received was in no way the same quality as their photograph!! This should be taken down. This bag looks very cheap and is not worth the money. The seller hasn’t even got back to me although I said I wanted to send it back. I will never buy from this seller again.

(this was a drunk-purchase that I made and completely forgot about until it was delivered... not the sellers fault). BUT.... all things being equal, I've got zero complaints about the satchel itself. Solid construction. Sturdy sewn seems. The 'aged' prep on the leather it was made from is a really nice touch and gives it a "worn" & well used patina. A+ item. A+ price. A+ packaging & shipping. A+ build quality. A+ seller. I'd recommend and will shop w/again.
