I was given a series of delivery times stretching from 3pm on Monday until it was finally delivered at 5.20pm on Wednesday! The package was left in the courtyard - the driver did not bother to climb the stairs to my flat. Being disabled, I was unable to carry the item to my flat but fortunately an able bodied person happened by and took it up to my flat.
