    Ive nocked a few stars off. The original box was damaged and stuck back together with sellotape and didn't come with the charger. In future you may want to either message the seller that the box has been damaged or write it in the description. Also the corners of the box were damaged in transit due to the lack of packaging.

    Shame to see this in over 1,800 feedback in 10+ years. The buyer did not contact me to raise any issue. I am sorry the box was dented by the courier, but goods were insured against damage. The listing did not include a charger, none was in the picture, and no outer packaging was shown or stated. In future you should contact the buyer in the event of any issue rather than just leave negative feedback, some down to you not checking the listing properly. Despite this I didn't leave negative fb.

    Nice and easy, tidy, all-in-one 13 pin electric solution (Cheaper than the individual components)

    Really great product. Helpful to have an all in one solution for 13 pins electrics. It is well made, all connections are good and tight in the socket, the waterproof sleeve is easy to cable tie around when attaching throiugh the car bumper and into the boot area. Cables are of the correct colours and sizes and terminate straight into the bypass replay unit for the lighting and the auto charging relay for the power side. Just need to get a 25A feed from the battery to the boot and its all good to go!
