Item Not Received:
All items are shipped within 24 hours of receiving payment. Normally 80% people receive their items within 3-5 working days however sometimes it takes longer due to unexpected circumstances at Royal Mail end. All items are handed over to the Royal Mail, which sometimes fail to deliver on time for unknown reasons. Royal Mail guidelines state we should allow 15 working days for UK orders and 28 days for international orders from the date of dispatch before an item is considered lost. We sincerely apologise for this delay and thank you for being patient.
In the meantime please check with your local sorting office just in case they tried to deliver it while you were out. Please let us know if your item does not arrive in 15 working days, after that time your item will be considered lost & we will ask you to confirm your address/size/colour to issue a replacement or a refund whichever is preferred by you.     OK But

    To be fair it does a good job on steaming vegetables but I bought it hoping I could use it for rice but alas the holes in the trays are far too big. In fainess it doesn't mention rice in the advert but you would expect it to do it. The main problem is the fact that it is supposed to be two tier, well it is but only if you have and extra large Microwave. It will not fit in mine and have tried it in a couple of neighbours microwaves and it doesnt fit in theirs either. So if you want a single dish steamer thats no good for rice this is the one to buy.

    Doesn't fit together very well. Could be dangerous when dealing with hot steam?

    I have used microwave steamers for a while and love them! However the two tier version does not fit together that well so can be difficult when removing from microwave full of steaming red hot veg etc.

    Better than using say epans

    It's great to cook 3 or 4 different foods in one container. Better than using saucepans as you don't get a steam filled kitchen. A much healthier way of cooking

    It's ok nothing to rave about

    It can be a bit fiddly at times trying to get the mid tier tray to sit perfectly on the bottom, as the lip of it is almost has no real edging on it. So, in hindsight if I had known that I would have not bought it even though it does do the job I just wish the tiers sat more snugly together than easily being tipped if not balanced properly on top of each other.
