I purchased 6 chairs from this company costing £540, delivered on separate days 2 of them were seriously defective. Their response was dismantle them pack in original packaging and return by courier and they will replace them.Which means If the replacements are ok rebuild them - The alternative was a mere £30 non negotiable discount for all the work involved!To sum it up a shoddy product from a shoddy company, and I also got splinters building them up.Advice stay well clear of this company.

Item arrived on time . There was a shelf missing in the package the customer service at Hallowood were very helpful and quickly sorted things out. The delivery service they used to send the shelf was ACP they were very quick and tracking available. Table very easy to assemble and good value for money .
