There was a very minor dent in the bed rail where the rollers ride causing the bed to dip and also just found that the hot bed is warped. I contacted the seller to see if they would ship replacement parts. It was like pulling teeth. No resolution. I will just spend the money and buy the replacement parts. Luckily ender 3 parts are fairly cheap. You are better off buying a new unit. By the time I fix this one I'll have the same amount into it. I took a chance. Won't do it again. Beware.
