2. The item received is totally different from what I order.
3. I order Knightsbridge One Cup Red Label Tea 160 Bags, but the item I received on 14 February 2024 at 5:30 pm was Red Label "Rich & Refreshing" by Sainsbury's. Which is totally different from what I need.
4. I request either resend the item that I want or have refund.
