If you had contacted us to let us know you were not happy we would have sent you a refund, the tiles are as described, they are listed as requiring cleaning with specialist cleaners & that they have staining & small chips which is also shown on the condition notes & photos, they are Victorian tiles which are obviously going to be 2nd hand!
