Nonsense - I wrote and informed on an ongoing basis. Ebay was making changes and I was having difficulties - it's the site's fault. He received the money back.No opinion needed.Ebay should explain this, not me. I wrote to get his money back. That they wouldn't pay them to me. They didn't want to listen to me.
