That being said, it arrived in original packaging that included an 800 number, had I not been in a hurry to complete my project and start using my truck I may have taken my fitment dislikes up with the manufacturer. The seller did their part. Fast shipper good price. The product appears that it will be durable but fit my factory, original seat rather poorly.
