item was as described, arrived promptly, good value would use this seller again. To fit the socket in the letter box friendly packaging the socket had been 'dismantled'. This was a bit of a surprise at first, but if it reduces postage that's good and as the socket had to be 'opened' to fit a cable it was not an issue. It would have been nice to have the metal components taped into place as mine were loose in the box as they had fallen out of the socket, but not difficult to reassemble.

A very difficult seller who will probably say this feedback a mistake but I have bought from this seller...Never again!! I bought 2 sets of cone lights described as NEW and QUALITY they were neither and arrived in a filthy state everything covered in a plaster like dust. I requested a refund and received derogatory messages saying I was deluded etc etc Ebay have thankfully stepped in to resolve the issue!!

You are the difficult customer! we told you there is a small amount of fake snow inside the boxes - there is NOTHING wrong with the pinecones or the lights just a tiny amount of residue that most of these types of decorations shed and that was in the box! all you had to do was find another box or just wipe it off. You would never know how much this customer went on and on about this! HAPPY CHRISTMAS! As other customers will see we offer very good product and service but some will just complain!
