Any Goods you purchase from this listing are purchased from the seller whose Goods we are storing. We use all reasonable endeavours to verify the accuracy of descriptions of Goods provided to us by the seller but may not have inspected the Goods prior to dispatch to you.
 
We do not accept liability for the condition or fitness for purpose of the Goods. We exclude liability for all warranties and conditions, express or implied, by statute or otherwise to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not accept liability for economic or consequential loss of any kind, including loss of profit whether arising from negligence or otherwise.
 
Items sold by XS Items Ltd come with a Return To Base (RTB) Warranty covering manufacturing defects only.
 
Unless otherwise stated New and New Other and Refurbished items come with a 12 month warranty.
 
Within 30 days of the original payment date we will refund the purchase price or offer a replacement, if available. After 30 days we will offer a repair. If a repair is uneconomic a replacement will be offered, if available. Should neither of these options be available at time of return we will offer a refund. Please note after 6 months the return postage cost/liability will lie with the buyer and a reasonable reduction will be made to cover the use of the item. If a return is arranged by the seller and found to be no fault found and the buyer requests a refund, a deduction for the cost of the return will be made.
 
Ex-display, Used or items sold For Parts come with a 30 day warranty that the item is as described. Please note that some used Sage items will come with a 6 month warranty, but this will be specified in the listing.
 
Any warranty provided does not cover items that are returned and found to be not faulty, nor does it cover: (a) consumable parts, such as batteries or protective coatings that are designed to diminish over time, unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship; (b) cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents and broken plastic on ports unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship; (c) damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, fire, liquid or other external cause; (d) damage caused by service (including upgrades and expansions) performed by anyone without the written permission of XS Items; (e) a Product that has been modified to alter functionality or capability without the written permission of XS Items;
 
If any of the above is discovered when the item is returned, then the warranty claim will be void and the item will be returned to you. Additionally, please note that some of our refurbished/used units may have some non-original parts and we will not accept returns for this reason.
 
Serial/IMEI numbers of any item returned to us will be checked against the original item sent to you. If the serial/IMEI numbers do not correspond the warranty claim will be void and the item will be returned to you.
 
Please note if an item is sold as brand new and sealed, but returned unsealed for a refund, then a 10% deduction will be made on the refund in line with eBay's return policy.
We recommend that the original packaging is kept for every order until the warranty period is concluded. If an item is returned without its original packaging and the item has been damaged in transit on the return due to insufficient packaging, a suitable deduction for the damage will be applied to the refund or the return claim will be void and the item returned to the customer.
 
 
Any warranty provided is non-transferable and does not apply to businesses.
 
We reserve our right to all copyright in images and text depicted in this listing. Our liability to any purchaser or any third party claiming through any purchase is limited to the sale price of the Goods purchased or, if less, £100.

Shipping
Our shipping charges include; the cost of shipment; the cost of packing materials; wages for our packing staff, insurance and the current rate of VAT. For the avoidance of doubt - VAT is INCLUDED in the quoted shipping amount.

For most items under one kilo we ship via Royal Mail. Otherwise we use either 24 or 48 hour couriers. Items shipped on pallets will take between 48 and 72 hours of the item being shipped, and you will be contacted to arrange a suitable day. Courier UK shipping costs quoted are to the UK mainland only. A courier surcharge of £5/box will apply for Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Scotland, Scottish Highlands and Islands. Royal Mail charges are for across the UK. For shipping costs to any other location, please contact us before bidding for a specific quote.
 
If you require a change of address and are paying via PayPal, please add the address to your PayPal account and select the address from there before making payment. Please note we cannot change delivery addresses after payment is made.

As an online retailer, we are only allowing Collections on selected items. If an item has a shipping option then it will shipped via the method and will not be open for collections.     The perfect coffee grinder

    Neet, compact and stylish design to match my Sage coffee maker and knock box. Easy to use and dial in the correct grind setting and duration to produce the best dose for whichever coffee maker and supporting the basket whilst it grinds hands free with very little mess. Very easy to keep clean and a good investment that’s made coffee production that much easier.

    Great Grinder

    Bought this to compliment our DeLonghi Arte bean to cup machine. I love the DeLonghi, but there is only one bean hopper so if your GP has told you to stick to decaf, and your household insists they need caffeine I couldn't guarantee I wasn't getting caffeine. The Dose Control is dedicated to decaf. The grinder is so much more sensitive than that on the DeLonghi so it took a good few goes to get the grind right (and a lot of spilled coffee), but now I have it adjusted it been great. It is fast (so fast). Feels solid. Does what it says on the box.Brilliantly.

    Great kitchen addition

    Early days yet, as I've only had it 4 days, but so far its been great. I'm an espresso lover and this grinds perfectly, set on 5 on the hopper dial and 4 on the burr setting when you lift off the hopper. Its reasonably quiet when running, and just need to watch the basket on how full it is, as I'm still setting the timer right. Its added flavour to my daily coffee, as I was using a hand grinder and using day or 2 ground coffee, fresh grinds are definitely better. Get a brush to clean it out and you surely can't go wrong with this .

    A good coffee grinder

    I have no problems with this coffee grinder… It has all the setting you need to grind either fine coffee for espresso, or coarse coffee for French press etc.. It comes with two portafilter holders which holds 52-54mm and 58mm portafilters. You can either time the grinder with the dial around the ‘start’ button to choose the amount of seconds to grind for, or as I prefer, hold the ‘start’ button for a manual grind time. All I all, a nice grinder to use!
