I did NOT cancel order as stated by seller. I was sent a skirt that was 22 inches which is not a mini, replacement was exactly the same skirt. Full refund sent immediately from seller as 22inches is not a mini skirt as stated. Pleased with sellers actions but not pleased with quality of material.
