The mattress arrived on time and the courier was great. I would say the item is as described but the fabric isn’t great quality by any stretch of the imagination. It’s like a cotton and I suspect could easily rip. That said it is super comfortable and I’ve just bought a 4inch mattress topper to protect it from stains/tears.
I would recommend it, it’s great value for money!

Bought the double size and it was just like what we had before, so very happy. Nice and firm, has a soft memory foam top. I think very good quality for the price. Bought more expensive ones that haven’t been very good at all.
Came rolled in a box, and once opened all the packing, it just rolled out and puffs up. It was ready to go that evening.
The fact that it came in 2 days is especially good as we needed it asap. Receive emails regarding when the delivery times and tracking provided

I was not happy about the item being a rolled - up product. They do say in the small print that it MAY come as a rolled - up item, but this is not very clear in the advert. However, after a bit of a mess - up with their chosen courier service - they did eventually refund me for the item which I refused to take delivery of.
