When I was trying to find out what happened they wanted to charge me an extra £40 delivery fee. Weeks later I have received the bed, but the packaging was torn, the bed frame was badly damaged - scratches, dents, and cracked wooden slat. Horrible quality, unreliable company. Avoid!!!
