Ordered 10 deep mattress for king-size bed didn't receive this. Received 7 inch deep one instead too low for me has I need hip replacement delivery was quick box was damaged luckily mattress in plastic. Have had to get a mattress topper to add too the height. Would like a refund for the difference in matresses

PLEASE AVOID! SELLS FAKES and doesn't comply with EBAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE. I ordered a 10 inch luxury mattress and he sent an 8 inch single sided piece of trash, not as pictured. Lied about delivery. I opened a return case and he was evasive about collection, refused to send a trackable shipping label and said I had to wait in all day for his driver to pickup. I agreed. The day before pickup he threatened me repeatedly with a £40 rebooking charge if his pickup fails. SHOULD BE BANNED FROM EBAY

Very amazing customer service. All the questions and grievances I had were responded to. I was kept updated throughout the process (I was even called). The couch itself was delivered when it said it would be and in very good condition. Easy enough to assemble. A little hard, but I’m yet to sleep on it, but hoping it’s comfortable.
4/5 stars from me and that’s because the delivery drivers would not bring the couch up the stairs and I had to do it myself. Other than that, all good.
