Was expected be delivery on a Friday, recieved my delivery time slot but unfortunately the vehicle broke down, they then rescheduled for the following Friday, I rang up to get a time slot and told me be Sunday now ( with no reason ) it did come today ( the Sunday ). Was kind enough to put £10 over for the trouble. But on a positive the bed is really nice, great quality. Happy with the product.
