I bought this and the seller described it as fully working and new.Unfortunately when I received it,none of the functions were working.The body was destroyed and looking like a previously used and damaged item,less care than a second hand item.When this was reported to the seller they blocked me and closed my return case.I wouldn't advice buying from this seller as it is practically fraud and deception.I had to meaninglessly spend £18.50 to return it from my own money,something unused.

My first comment was: Very disappointed with the product: the touch&feel is cheap, but, above all, the pillows are so small that are definitely useless: the watches are not steady nor protected.
The seller proposed a little refund, that for me was OK because I ve had to buy new pillows to adjust a bit the functionality of the box, but after I had accepted I received a message that the refund would be given only if I changed my feedback giving them 5stars.
