    John in customer services was very helpful as tv price reduced by £100 in a couple of days. John called and agreed to refund £30. It wasn’t what I wanted but his professionalism made me change the feedback and agree to offered amount. Post reading this feedback, reliant direct may consider providing a further refund as a goodwill gesture to meet the price difference. However Nikki (eBay staff) was highly unprofessional in dealing with my queries and complaint.
