When I received my original item the bottle was not sealed properly and had unfortunately leaked into rhe packaging leaving me with half a bottle. I contacted Beautiful Barnets and had a lovely apologetic reply from them offering either refund or replacement. I have received the replacement bottle today with absolutely no problems.
