Contacted her several times to resolve this matter and waited patiently 5 to 7 days for her reply. For compensation, she offered a 20% discount if I purchased 3 or more shoes!.? I suggested a comparable priced shoe to replace the broken one. She denied my request. Finally after 2 weeks of frustration, I had to have eBay step in to receive compensation.
