By purchasing goods from us, you agree to these terms of sale. These terms do not replace or affect your statutory rights.

In these terms, "you" and "your" refer to the customer and "we", "us" and "our" refer to Midastag.

The new products

The products can be returned and a refund will be given after deduction of any postage and packing costs to send the item out. All new product must be returned unopened and in their original packaging for a refund. A refund will be refused if the product is not in original packaging and misused.

Parts or not working items.

NOTE: The product listed for parts/not working are purchased on a NO RETURNS basis. Although these machines may work when we have them, they may not when you receive them cause of liquid damage or shacking in the transits. The products are may be missing screws that we have overlooked. It may have been previously opened and repaired before we have got them.

Assume all parts are not working when bidding/purchasing as we do not know what part is working and what does not as we are not able to test them individually.

Used Products

Used condition goods can be returned within 15 days at buyers own cost and a full refund will be given after deduction of the postage costs.

The unpaid items will be relisted after 2 days. If payment is not received within 2 days, an unpaid item dispute will be opened automatically.

Delivery

Our aim to post all the orders within 24hrs of receiving payment, and we keep proof of posting.

NOTE: Friday to Sunday all the orders will dispatch from Monday unless a bank holiday.

International customers will be subject to postage costs so please mail us first before place an order for a postage quote if the item is not in eBay global shipping program.

We cannot be held responsible for FREE postage items that get lost, delayed or damaged by the courier but will refund payment once a claim has been settled by the courier.

The order that is not being sent via Royal Mail need to be paid for before 12 o’clock as the courier needs to be arranged for same day dispatch.

The buyer must notify us of any issues within 48hrs of delivery date. A signature will be required on delivery.
