First would like to commend the seller to resolve problem that was NOT their fault. They sent the first item in envelope that was marked "non machinable" well our post office did that and temper glass was shattered. It started as item was over 12 days late, seller sent another, they didn't have to, but did. Today, 3-30, the second one came, undamaged, and many thanks to the seller, !00% satisfied. Maybe in future, there could be a cardboard insert in letter,, FYI
