The post box works as it should despite its imperfections. I love that the parcels can be accessed via a door in the front or back of the post box. It came with plenty of keys so all have on a key ring. It’s fitted behind a gate. It comes with bolts to secure.
This was sold as imperfect: There was a huge dent in the corners that caused part of the post box to separate but still waterproof. The black paint had chipped off in that area too but I used a black maker pen & can’t be noticed.

Was not impressed by the DPD delivery driver who did not knock or ring the doorbell (despite us being at home) - we ended up having to make two trips up to the local parcel delivery store.
Have not opened the actual plastic packaging but having bought these pillows before believe them to be good.
The seller dispatched the items promptly just frustrated with the poor service of the DPD delivery driver - think this may be a common pattern as when speaking to the store staff they laughed & smiled
