Didn't work with my Flyfun v5 130A ESC
I tried to use this with a Hobbywing Flyfun v5 130A ESC and it simply didn't work. I followed the instructions, using a separate power supply for the program card, but it simply didn't recognise the ESC when I plugged it in, so I was unable to use it at all.

Brilliant tool
Thing is when buying an esc from hobbywing really you need the memory card. You need this card to program you esc to make it work the way you want your car to run with out it your knackered. Very good tool to have once you got it

Necessary but expensive
I only needed to change 1 setting on speed controller, took 10 seconds, then I have no use for the item. The manufacturer of the speed controller, is just „cashing in“ by charging extra for a programmer. But it did work!
