As good as shop bought capsules at a fraction of the price.
I've been using Choline & Inositol for a while now to help with panic attacks. I find it very effective. I only bought the NOW ones because of the good price and strength 250mg of each in one capsule. This means you only require to take one a day. So far they seem as good as the expensive shop bought ones.
