This has cotton, and a nice poly cover. It did poof out after being unpacked from the pressure-seal packing. with some encouragement and time (about 1 day). I haven't had the surgery yet, but can have been trying it out, and it seems it will work very well. PS: It arrived very quickly, well packed.

At the time of ordering, stated was coming from Denver Colorado. After tracking number was given (which is one that I did not recognize), seller info stated Thornton Colorado. Then when notified "item has been shipped", it stated Mainland China. Extremely displeased with the misleading information.
