Buyer does not mention they were located in the Channel Islands which is a surcharged area which is also stated in the item description on all our listings. Even after explaining all this, we gave them the option to pay the surcharge or cancel the order, they decided to proceed whilst continuing to threatening us with eBay reports and negative feedback. Whilst I understand the frustration, this is a fault with the eBay shipping options not allowing us to add surcharges to applicable postcodes.

    Well worth the money

    I bought a cheaper one of these from another supplier. The other part was faulty and did not fit easily. This is a much better quality part and well worth the extra money. It made a huge difference when fitting.
