Despite being advertised as shipped with 'Royal Mail Tracked 24', they claim it was lost in the post and didn't have a tracking number. I strongly doubt it was ever posted! If they'd simply contacted me and said it was listed incorrectly, I'd have understood and paid full price. Instead I have had to wait a month to get a refund.
