Price

-All Prices are inclusive of VAT at 20% and are ex works

-Delivery charges and postage are extra

-We reserve the right to alter products or prices without prior notice

Delivery

-Postage delivery – Postage applicable unless otherwise stated at rates stated on Parcelforce and Royal Mail postage sheets

-If your order does not arrive within 21days of order, we need notifying immediately in order to process a claim for missing goods.

-Any goods that arrive “damaged”, must be signed for as damaged in order to make a claim

Manufacturing

-Factory, sizes are approximate

-Some items are specially ordered or made to order so may take longer to deliver. Please request an approximate delivery date at time of order. A deposit will also be required at time of order.

-Specially made items, please allow up to 8 weeks for manufacturing, as made especially to order, a more accurate lea time will be given at time of order. Non refundable deposits are required to be paid on these items also. Please specify colour required and if you require a RDA Socket or other appropriate extras (See Price List for extras available and costs)

Disclaimers

-We shall be under no liability in respect of any defect arising from wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, abnormal working conditions, failure to abide by instructions, misuse or alteration or repair of goods without prior approval.

-Goods remain the property of Mutneys Ltd until paid in full

-We reserve the right to levy a surcharge of 15% restocking fee, on any goods returned with no genuine fault

-Any returned goods must be sufficiently packaged; else it invalidates your claim against our company for a refund, as the courier companies will not pay out any compensation on a damaged parcel, where it was not sufficiently packaged

-Damaged or faulty goods and shortages must be reported within 2 days of delivery

Warranties

-All serviceable items that do not work you need to return to Mutneys Ltd for examination. On examination if we feel that they are faulty due to our repair/sharpening process they will be re-done free of charge. These items must be returned to us within 7 days of the original service.

-Under warranty terms and conditions on items purchased, you are entitled to a repair to as new condition only and not a replacement
