In reality, very annoying when one of the metal lugs refuses to go where they are supposed to go. Bought 2 and took total of 2 hours to build them both. In the end Very strong shelving. Price was great too.

Personally used a small chisel{slot size as some were nearly closed} with slight pressure to open the slot Nothing extreme. Rubber hammer or use a cloth. Those little plastic corners threw me (10=shelving: nahhh protector corners 8~2 spare ) And doing what it says weight wise(dvd '400' cases + art work bxd). ������Think I might get another, just need a rest����
