- i***i (722)- Feedback left by buyer.Past yearVerified purchaseI've only changed the colour cartridges so far, gave an error message turned the printer off and on again and all is good, did a head clean and I cannot tell the difference from real HP cartridges, (Tip, get into your router setup and block the printer from accessing the internet unless you really need it this is how they do the firmware upgrades, works for me!) I will defiantly use this company again, Many thanks +++++

- l***i (359)- Feedback left by buyer.More than a year agoVerified purchaseGood product but the HIC953XLB cartridge was blocked by my HP OfficeJet Pro 8210 firmware and disabled the initialisation of the replacement ink cartridges. Had to replace the 953XLB Black cartridge with a genuine HP 953XL ink cartridge to enable printing operation. The error message from the printer firmware was: 'Non genuine HP chip detected'. The colour ink cartridges worked OK without any detected errors.
