    Initially you refused to refund me P and P, and when ebay advised me you would send me a return label you refused to do this, have you forgotten? Ebay then stepped in and sorted it,it was sorted because of Ebay, my feedback is accurate, i can only assume as i paid immediately for the incorrect item you sent, positive feedback for me was the only option , i am happy for you to give me bad feedback if that is what you want to do, but it does not change your error or shoddy service to me.

    I sent you the return address you chose not to use it wrong item was sent and full refund was offered once I received item back which you refused I sent label which took you 10 days to post back there was no shoddy service you just wanted refund and to keep item
