    No backlight on the phone

    You can’t see who’s calling on this phone, there’s no backlight, no time or date display unless you lift the receiver.!! It’s not nearly as good as the older model. Still using the older one & stuck this in the cupboard as a spare... not impressed at all .!!

    Sturdily made with basic functions

    Possibly my fault, it did not do everything, such as display time or last number phoned: I accept I probably didn't read the description well enough and it was very cheap and sturdily made. Can't complain.
