Delivery was prompt ,two packs one arriving the next day after ordering and the other the day after. Parcelforce accidentally messaged they'd delivered both on the first day ! Messaged vendor, they promptly investigated and quickly replied, reassuring Me second pack was safe and on its way. So first class service.

The problem was not down to the Campervan shop, but Royal Mail, which surprised me, as they are normally very good. TCS was quick to step in and offer me a replacement delivery, or a refund, fortunately the package arrived before i replied to their offer.
