    If it's not broke, don't fix it!

    Redken should have stayed with the 8.5 oz tube design (and formula) for their Extreme Strength Builder. It was more efficient in the shower, hair salon, travel, etc. The new 'tub' design simply is a pain in the rear--you either have to leave it uncapped for quick, one-handed access as a hair styler, or mostly uncapped for the shower as wet, soapy hands have a hard time unscrewing lids--not to mention the tiny bit of room the tube needs compared to the 3" taken by the tub, and the newer formula to be thicker for a tub application isn't as thorough nor as easy to wash out--too thick! Traditionally, if the item isn't broke, don't fix it! :)

    Best Ever For Dry Hair

    According to my wife, this is the best ever for dry hair. Unfortunately, Redkin has stopped manufacturing this particular formula, so my wife will have to search again, hoping for some adequate substitute.
