FedEx said they were waiting for instructions from seller. I contacted the seller and he said he'd messaged me(he hadn't) to say the item was out of stock and could I wait 140 days (check reviews) which seems to be a recurring theme. I then said I wanted my money back. Fair play he refunded my PayPal payment but he's still advertising the item, with a 2-3 day delivery.

Packaging was poor and missing parts. I contacted the seller, they shipped missing parts... BUT, they marked FedEx package as new tool shipment and ANOTHER $70 in tariffs... I paid the first, but disputing the second invoice (for missing parts). The tool is of MARGINAL quality, worked... but not precision made. Bad deal!
