    Negligent, uncommunicative seller! Knew couldn't get to item, yet sold anyway. Cancelled the order and didn't tell me. I had to ask them! Item is in storage, can't get to until after Christmas (bought on 12-14, I wrote on 12-17). Should've put account on Time Away instead of wasting my time and making a Christmas present late since I had to go elsewhere to buy it! If you are going to sell, you should be serious about taking care of your customers!

    Cancellation did not go through. When I called and asked eBay, they said it was something on sellers end and they opened a case for me asking seller to refund my money. Seller, after several days, replied could not get refund to go through. (I had no issues with a different refund during this time.) Had to get eBay to step in and give me my money back. Took until 12-28 to get refunded.
