The seller was brilliant! Arrived so quickly and packed so well. I made the mistake of not checking they fit my filter but nothing to do with the seller, they fit my mums brita filter. The box was damaged, but again, I don't suspect for a moment that it was the vendors fault, most likely the carrier (Evri, I think) whose reputation is less than favourable.
