Have contacted seller not helpful at all just arguing with me first it’s advertise as 2 so you presume 2 instead it’s one and not even the size advertise it’s a 40cm not 44cm they have taken the outer edge I had ask for a refund they said contact eBay to me but ts not eBay problem a very expensive pot

Unfortunately buyer can not admit her own mistakes ,After pointing out she'd ordered one as per received changed tact and claimed they where under sized ,Refused to send photographs of the planter received as requested which is reasonable ,Now the photographs on the feedback prove we did send the correct planter as the code on inside base is correct She contradicts stating there is no complete photo of full width but then states we have measured including rim , ALSO WILL NOT OPEN A RETURN !!
